We're challenging Canadians to come together while apart, in a Cleanup Across Canada!
Join us this September in celebration of International Coastal Cleanup month.
Cleanups might look different this year, you might be doing a solo or small group cleanup, but that doesn’t mean you’re on your own.
Join #TeamShoreline, plan a cleanup of your local shoreline and challenge a friend or a small team to do the same. Connect with friends, family or colleagues by cleaning up two different areas of the same watershed, whether they’re a few blocks apart or have hundreds of kilometres between them.
Repost our graphic to challenge your friends, family or colleagues in the Cleanup Across Canada!
Find it on our social media channels.
How do I get involved?
- Choose a day and time that works best for you, your household or small team between September 1st - September 30th, 2020.
- Choose your favourite shoreline in your community, whether it’s a lake, stream, river, creek, ocean, or storm drains in your neighbourhood, and get started.
We’ve got resources to help you plan your cleanup, like a checklist and reminders on where to look for public-health information.
Join the Facebook event page and share the challenge with your community.
